Soundinstallation im öffentlichen Raum
Welche Position nimmt das Handy in unserem Alltag ein? Welche Position hat die Kirche im Zeitalter der Digitalisierung? Wer bestimmt unseren Tagesrhythmus? Wem vertrauen wir alles an? Ist das Smartphone ein moderner Gott?
Aus dem Turm der Peterskapelle erklang anstelle von Kirchenglocken der charakteristische Klingelton eines Smartphones. Zwischen dem 16. – 30. Juli lancierten wir das Projekt «Zeitzeichen» . Das Projekt wurde in Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung vom Citypastoral Luzern realisiert und im Anschluß ans Festival digitale düsseldorf eingeladen.

What position does the mobile phone occupy in our everyday life? What is the position of the Church in the age of digitisation? Who determines our daily rhythm? To whom do we entrust everything? Is the smartphone a modern God?
Instead of church bells, the characteristic ring tone of a smartphone sounded from the tower of St Peter’s Chapel. Between 16 – 30 July we launched the project „Signs of the Times“ . The project was realised in cooperation with and with the support of the Citypastoral Luzern and was invited to the festival digitale düsseldorf.
